  • Email Marketing

    (i) Develop and implement successful B2C marketing communications programs using email and automated marketing alongside traditional methods;
    (ii) Implement creative, messaging, and content for email marketing campaigns;
    (iii) Plan, develop, and report on campaign optimization;
    (iv) Test responsive email communication for multiple devices and platforms;
    (v) Segment campaign audiences based on predefined database attributes and demographic data;
    (vi) Write and deploy email campaign copy and create landing pages for incoming leads and prospects while providing all necessary assets to ad partners;
    (vii) Assist the other members of the marketing team with daily responsibilities such as website edits and changes, lead generation reporting, customer marketing assets, graphic designs, responding to inbound prospect and customer support emails, social media posts, landing page development or editing, marketing automation or rule changes and more

  • Web Designer

    (i) Experience of building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
    (ii) Knowledge of how to interact with APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
    (iii) Experience with Python scripting, NodeJS, Angular, MySQL.

  • Quality Analyst

    (i) Identify client’s needs and expectation
    (ii) Audit data/voice leads as per quality standards
    (iii) Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports
    (iv) Track campaign / project progress to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Research Analyst

    (i) Research online to identify and capture accurate contact information of clients
    (ii) Quality contacts based on project requirement
    (iii) Maintaining and updating database on excel or CRM
    (iv) Make outbound calls to verify the information captured through online research.
    (v) Be a team player, help achieve team goals and project timelines.

  • Content Writer

    We are looking for a B2B Content Writer to join our team.
    (i) You will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable content that will engage and guide our target audience throughout the entire journey with us.
    (ii) Your duties will also include sharing content to raise awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to monitor content success.
    (iii) Produce high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

  • Lead Generation

    (i) Make outbound cold calls to high-level decision-making members e.g. CFO, CXO, Director, VP, GM… etc
    (ii) Should be target oriented with the ability to excel under pressure
    (iii) Responsible for generating potential business leads
    (iv) Responsible for achieving day to day targets
    (v) Should have the ability to handle multiple projects/campaigns
